What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
* A warm, caring, and inclusive approach with great communication skills
* Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature‑based play
