Private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. This is a fully office-based role with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a degree with a 2:1 or higher from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university, have three A-levels with grade A, and achieve a grade 7 or higher in GCSE Maths.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the office environment and maintaining its presentation
2. Handling relationships with office suppliers
3. Arranging travel for team members
4. Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
5. Processing incoming mail and booking meeting rooms
6. Assisting Directors with personal admin tasks
7. Providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant
8. Planning team events
9. Ordering office supplies and arranging daily lunches from Ocado
Ideal candidates will be MS Office proficient, detail-oriented, proactive in helping team needs, and possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills. The role requires completing a personality test, an online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
