Responsibilities: We will develop and implement governance frameworks and policies for data, analytics, and AI in Palantir Foundry. We will define and enforce data quality, security, privacy, and ethical standards for Foundry-based analytics and AI solutions. We will conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and the AI Act. We will lead data stewardship and metadata management within Foundry. We will collaborate with business, IT, and data science teams to integrate governance controls into Foundry pipelines. We will monitor and report on governance metrics, incidents, and compliance gaps in Foundry. We will drive organizational awareness and adoption of governance practices through training and communication. We will stay current with industry standards and emerging regulations related to data and AI governance.
