Eurofins CLC is part of Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) was created as a discrete business within the Eurofins group. EFS employs nearly 700 staff across 7 sites in the UK and is the market leader for the provision of forensic services to the Police forces of England and Wales, as well as other commercial organisations and public sector bodies and is the largest private forensic service provider in Europe. All of our forensic analytical services are accredited to the ISO17025 international quality standard and are subject to regular review and scrutiny by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
Job Description
To define & manage the Civil Law Cluster Quote to Cash, processes, development and deployment roadmap. Working with the operational teams, internal and external customer to identify requirements and build a program of project and IT developments to enhance the end-to-end process and system landscape, from enquiries, quotes, order management, collection bookings, sample tracking, thought to lab operations, result reporting and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal team having awareness of their different requirements and organisational cultures.
* Liaise with customers to identify their needs, to support building a UX that is industry leading and ensures customer retention and support scalable business growth.
* Effectively communicate customer requests and priorities, to internal stakeholder groups to ensure correct priorities are made in development system & process roadmaps
* Define the Business processes to support the quote to cash process across the CLC cluster to support each of the business lines & market sectors.
* Define & monitor the lead KPI’s for the Q2C processes and customer feedback.
* Good interpersonal skills, including with customers.
* Define and manage, internal SOP’s work instructions, Customer Operational Protocols and ensure any changes are communicated across the CLC teams.
* Adhere to CLC / EFS Policies and Processes as detailed in the Employee Handbook
* Undertake your daily role in accordance with the Eurofins values of customer focus, competence, and team spirit.
Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills
* Previous experience of running and developing operational processes in Quote to Cash, in a B2B & B2C business.
* System & Process development / deployment in CRM / Customer services, EPR, in a testing / service industry
* Strong financial understanding of Quote, Order management - invoicing, P&L & Balance sheet management
* Project & program management experience in a highly regulated environment.
* Experience in post M&A, transformation and transitional deployment of business
* Previous experience in a high throughput forensic environment
* IT Proficient – experience with Microsoft office, G-suite, CRM, ERP, Finance, Power BI and LMS
* Prior knowledge of DNA profiling & Drug Alcohol toxicology processes and legislation
