What You’ll Lead & Deliver
* Architect PMO operating models tailored to mega-programmes and complex portfolios.
* Lead mobilisation of PMOs that establish clarity, control, and confidence from day one.
Governance & Delivery Assurance
* Develop governance structures, controls, reporting frameworks, and integrated assurance regimes.
* Drive disciplined performance oversight across scope, schedule, cost, risk, benefits, and change.
Performance Management & PMO Maturity
* Create integrated performance management approaches at programme and portfolio level.
* Assess PMO maturity and design targeted improvement pathways using best‑practice frameworks (APM, PMI, MSP, P3M3).
Client Advisory & Leadership
* Advise senior leadership, Programme Directors, and C‑suite stakeholders on PMO strategy and delivery transformation.
* Champion modern PMO practices, digital tooling, and data-led insights to elevate delivery performance.
What You Bring
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Deep experience operating within PMOs on major capital or infrastructure projects.
* A track record of establishing, transforming, or scaling PMOs at programme or portfolio level.
* Experience working across complex, multi-project environments (transport, energy, utilities, major public infrastructure).
* The confidence and credibility to advise senior leaders and operate independently in client-facing roles.
* Familiarity with recognised delivery standards (APM, PMI, MSP, P3M3).
Bonus if you also bring:
* Expertise in digital PMO tools, data analytics or AI‑enabled reporting
* Strong consulting or transformation experience
* A passion for sustainability, modern methods of delivery, and the future of capital projects
