Early Years Practitioner Role in Fife

As a Senior Early Years Officer in Fife, you will be responsible for:
* Promoting children's learning, development, and welfare within a nursery setting
* Promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality
* Communicating with stakeholders
* Contributing to and leading wider nursery development initiatives

Qualification, Registration, and Skills Requirements
* You must hold one of the following practitioner-level qualifications (or equivalent):
* Experience working with young children in a formal setting
* Obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland before confirming your appointment
* Register with SSSC at practitioner level within 3 months of employment and complete the required post-registration training and learning (PRTL)
* Knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the Ambition, and child development from birth to 5 years
* High levels of interpersonal skills to lead teamwork within the nursery and ensure positive outcomes for children
