Private Client Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, Worcester, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) – JOB REF: 2147
Responsibilities
* You will support and advise older and vulnerable individuals, their families and carers on a range of legal issues.
* Manage your own caseload with a focus on high‑quality, client‑centred service.
* Support business development efforts, both internally and externally, including cross‑selling and networking.
* Help to mentor and support junior colleagues within the team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Private Client Solicitors with 3‑6 years PQE gained with another leading firm.
* Previous experience of court of protection matters is essential.
* STEP qualification is advantageous.
* Excellent relationship‑building and client‑care skills.
* A proactive, organised, and detail‑oriented approach.
* Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
