Clinical Service Manager - Lothian Sexual Reproductive Health Services
The Clinical Service Manager reports to the Head of Operations for ELHSCP, providing strategic leadership and operational management for NHS Lothian’s Reproductive and Sexual Health Services (LSRHS). The role is primarily based at Chalmers Hospital but oversees service delivery across Lothian. Services include abortion care, contraception, gender services, gynaecology, STI management, HIV care, menopause, PrEP, psychology, psychosexual clinics, vasectomy, and other clinics and health activities.
The manager leads resource management (staffing, funding, facilities), ensures performance objectives are met, maintains high-quality and safe care, and contributes to the broader management of the Directorate through the East Lothian HSCP and governance structures.
