About the Role We are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing customers with a first-class buying experience. In this role, you’ll support customers through every step of their journey — from the first enquiry right through to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle. You’ll also be selling and promoting a range of additional products, including Finance, Insurance, and Paint Protection. Full training and development will be provided to give you the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently sell vehicles and associated products in line with industry standards. Person Specification Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for someone with a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. While previous sales experience is not essential, we are seeking a positive, motivated individual who thrives in a results-driven environment.
