Cultivate a stimulating and respectful learning environment that encourages critical thinking, debate, and historical analysis. Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and/or Religious Studies (depending on the specific role). Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable). Collaborate with colleagues in the Humanities department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school-wide events. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a relevant Humanities subject (History, Geography, Religious Studies, or a combination).
