Leading design studio within the luxury sector is about to start on exciting hotel project in New York and requires strong Revit designers to join the studio and project team.
Position
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Revit Designer to join a highly regarded design studio on a luxury hotel project in New York. The role will play a key part in leading the studio's transition into Revit, taking ownership of technical delivery and establishing workflows from the ground up.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and leading a small Revit team, with two junior designers reporting into them. This will involve overseeing output, managing deliverables and ensuring consistency and quality across all drawing standards.
Candidate
We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong Revit expertise who can confidently lead technical delivery while supporting a design-led hospitality project.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, with the ability to build templates, set up drawing sheets and establish workflows from scratch
* Previous experience in hospitality or high-end interior projects would be beneficial
* Strong experience translating designs from AutoCAD and SketchUp into fully coordinated Revit packages
* Confident in producing detailed, high-quality drawing packages with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of Revit implementation within a studio environment
* Experience managing or mentoring junior designers, as you will be leading a small Revit team
* Collaborative and proactive, able to support and guide a wider design team
* Strong understanding of design intent, ensuring technical output aligns with high-end aesthetic standards
