An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a commercial vehicle rental provider located in Avonmouth. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative. Benefits: Starting salary of £36,720 per annum with various bonuses, providing a potential annual earnings of £42,660. Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half. 23 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays. Workplace pension scheme. Duties include but are not limited to: Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles MOT Testing Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults. Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards Requirements: A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence Dedicated and committed approach. Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work. Your own Vehicle Technician tools The salary of this role is up to £36720 basic with OTE of £42660. Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm (paid as overtime).
