Overview
This role will support the site and management across several areas. Will be able to work in and respond to a fast-moving manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved across all departments of the composite business.
Key Accountabilities
* Managing site communications and supporting data analysis for site production
* Managing inventory for site office supplies/stationery
* Update notice boards around site as directed
* Welcome visitors in line with the company sign-in procedures and ensuring inductions are carried out.
* Maintain tidiness and housekeeping of the reception, post areas, and shared office areas.
* Maintain sufficient stock levels of stationery, refreshments, health and safety and cleaning products, ordering supplies as required by the company.
* Updating employee noticeboards with information from management and HR.
Supply Chain Responsibilities
* Process delivery notes and amend orders as required.
* Accurately file and maintain company documents in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
* Support management with Time and Attendance admin and system use.
* Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
* Maintain supplier contacts, records, and contracts, (keep up to date)
* Coordinate with couriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
* Ensure compliance with client agreements and KPI’s.
* Organize supply chain documents for Audit purposes.
* Be a point of contact between procurement, warehouse, customer service, and stakeholders.
* Assisting in raising production orders
* Liaise with customers and provide stock lists.
* Provide regular reports to our existing customers.
Experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
* Able to multitask.
* Elevated level of data accuracy
* Ability to work unsupervised.
