You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting target audiences through strategic marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. What we’re looking for: Previous experience using marketing automation tools for lead generation. CRM knowledge and experience with segmentation and data-led campaigns. Familiarity with tracking and reporting on campaign performance. A strong understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube) and how to leverage them for targeted outreach and lead generation. A passion for understanding industry trends and tailoring content that speaks directly to market needs. A proactive mindset—someone who’s ready to take initiative, test new ideas, and continually optimise campaigns. A strong desire to learn, develop and take ownership of projects. The ability to juggle tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Great attention to detail and a solid work ethic. What you’ll be doing: Planning and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns. Creating content that attracts, nurtures and converts target audiences. Managing social media accounts and growing engagement with relevant audiences. Supporting the development of marketing automation workflows and email sequences. Helping track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborating on events, podcasts, downloadable resources, and our in-house magazine—all designed to attract new leads and deepen client engagement.
