As a Site Agent, you will take pride in leading works on site, creating a safe, well organised and positive environment for your team and the wider community. You will balance practical delivery with strong leadership, ensuring schemes are completed to a high standard while reflecting our values in everything you do.
Key responsibilities
* Lead health, safety, quality and environmental standards across site activities.
* Act as a visible role model, setting the tone for safe and professional working practices.
* Plan and manage daily works to meet programme and production targets.
* Support and motivate site teams, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
* Oversee cost control and value, ensuring processes are followed accurately.
* Carry out inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance.
* Build respectful relationships with colleagues, clients and the public.
* Ensure sites are presented professionally, including PPE and housekeeping.
Essential skills and requirements
* Organised approach to planning, paperwork and problem solving.
* Strong commitment to health and safety
* Confident communicator who can lead, motivate and support others.

* CSCS Supervisor card and relevant Street Works qualifications.
* Full driving licence, with readiness to gain additional licences if required.
* Competence in operating tools, light plant and site equipment.
