We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and well-qualified teacher to lead our combined Faculty of English, Music, and Drama. As a small school, we pride ourselves on knowing every student individually. This is a unique opportunity to lead a cohesive team, driving a creative and engaging curriculum. As a Faculty Leader you will have an active role on our extended leadership team. You will be required to teach English up to Key Stage 4. Please complete all sections of the application form. You will have the opportunity to work alongside committed teachers, to observe and share practice on a regular basis, developing pedagogy through reflection. There are good road and rail links, with easy access to the M4 and a 10 minute walk from the station.
