Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing daily operations, including staffing, service standards, and inventory control.
* Developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-control measures.
* Creating appealing and profitable menus, staying updated on trends, and sourcing quality ingredients.
* Recruiting, training, and supervising F&B staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
* Ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service, addressing feedback, and resolving issues.
* Coordinating and executing food and beverage services for events and banquets.
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
2. Several years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel / hospitality industry.
3. Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage teams, and excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
5. Understanding of food and beverage trends, menu planning, and inventory management.
