An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Quality Improvement to join the Professions and Quality department within Greater Manchester Mental Health.

The main responsibilities include leading on the delivery and development of the key workstreams within the Quality Improvement Programme:
1. Quality Improvement projects
2. Building capability across the organisation
3. Strategic deployment activities
The post holder will operationally line manage the Quality Improvement (QI) team.
The post holder will also lead on the development and delivery of Breakthrough Objectives and organisational Strategic Initiatives.
The Head of Quality Improvement will provide improvement expertise to support the development and delivery of high-quality, effective, and efficient programmes to drive continuous improvements.
This post is responsible for a broad portfolio of improvement activities and projects, fostering an organisation-wide culture where all staff view quality improvement as a core part of their role.
The postholder will have a passion and drive for building the culture, conditions, and capability for continuous improvement.
