Housing & Estates Manager
Bournemouth | £35,000–£40,000 | Full-time (37.5 hours).

Eventide Homes provides 75 high‑quality almshouse homes for older people, set in attractive grounds in Bournemouth. We are recruiting a Housing & Estates Manager — a new role leading our housing operations, compliance, estate services and office functions in a small, dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee housing management across a 75‑home estate.
Manage lettings, voids and resident onboarding.
Lead health & safety compliance (fire, legionella, inspections, contractor oversight).
Liaise with contractors for maintenance, cleaning and grounds.
Support residents and resolve day‑to‑day housing queries.
Manage hall facilities, office administration and record‑keeping.
Provide high‑quality reports and updates to the CEO and Trustees.
About You
Experience in housing, estates, facilities or compliance.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confident managing contractors and risk.
Resident‑centred approach, especially with older residents.
Able to work independently in a small team.
Good IT and record‑keeping skills.
