Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded team based in Trowbridge. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload with strong administrative support, build long-term client relationships, and work within a department known for delivering a high standard of client care.
The role will involve:
* Managing a mixed private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
* Advising clients on tax and succession planning matters where appropriate
* Handling matters from instruction through to completion with a strong focus on client service
* Drafting key documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
* Supporting department growth through client relationship management and referrals
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client matters
* Have strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration
* Be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
* Be organised, approachable and commercially aware
