About You We are keen to speak with engineers who have: Experience within the rail / rolling stock sector (freight or passenger) Strong exposure to maintenance engineering, fleet support, or in-service technical support Experience reviewing or producing technical and maintenance documentation Involvement in fault investigation, reliability improvement, or incident response Confidence engaging with workshop, operational, and management stakeholders Good written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel This role would suit a maintenance-focused engineer who enjoys being involved when things go wrong, rather than hands-on fault fixing or purely design-based work.
