Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal \n\nClient Details\n\nA leading firm \n\nDescription\n\nAssist solicitors with the day-to-day management of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.\n\nConduct title investigations, review and analyze title documents, searches, and Land Registry entries.\n\nDraft and prepare legal documents such as leases, contracts, licences to assign, and deeds of variation.\n\nManage post-completion tasks including SDLT returns, registration at HM Land Registry, and file closures.\n\nLiaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress matters efficiently.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date case files and use case management software.\n\nUndertake legal research as required on commercial property and land law issues.\n\nSupport the team with administrative tasks such as diary management, document filing, and matter\n\nProfile\n\nroven experience as a paralegal, ideally within commercial property or real estate law.\n\nStrong understanding of the conveyancing process and commercial lease transactions.\n\nFamiliarity with legal databases and Land Registry systems.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nJob Offer\n\nA competitive salary and other perks
