Key Responsibilities
* Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
* Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
* Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Management of customer queries and requests for support, ensuring timely and informative response to address questions raised
* Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
Skills and Experience
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations
* Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analysis and interpret data
* Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery
* Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role
* An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
* Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
Additional Information
* A hybrid role, predominately working from home with a requirement to work from an office based in Congleton, Cheshire on a regular basis
* Further travel required to meet an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts
