This role offers a balanced caseload across contentious and non contentious employment matters, with a focus on delivering practical, commercially sound advice to a long standing employer and employee client base. Why Apply? • Well respected firm with a strong client base in the region • Supportive team with genuine work/life balance • Hybrid working and autonomy The Role You’ll handle a broad mix of advisory and litigation work, including: • Day-to-day HR/employment queries from SMEs and individuals • Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and policies • Tribunal work including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims • TUPE, restructures, and redundancies • Settlement agreements and senior exits There’s scope to work autonomously with partner level support and develop client relationships over time.
