Role Responsibilities:
* Work one:to:one with a child, supporting both academic and personal development
* Implement learning plans set by the class teacher or SENCO
* Assist with daily routines and provide emotional and social support
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, ideally in early years or primary settings
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
* Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service)
* Reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach
