Role Overview: Bramah Recruitment are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a fantastic IT team for one of our clients based in West London. As an Entry-Level IT Support Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the technology environment, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and helping ensure all systems run smoothly across the organisation both internally and for our client users. Responsibilities: Provide Technical Assistance : Respond to IT support requests, troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems when needed. Maintain IT Equipment & Systems : Help track and organize company devices (e.g., laptops, phones), assist with software installations, and ensure everything is properly set up for users. Support Budget Tracking : Assist in organising IT expense records and contribute to keeping financial information up to date and accurate. Update IT Documentation : Help create and maintain user guides, how-to documents, and internal IT policies to support team knowledge and onboarding. Contribute to Automation Projects : Participate in small projects aimed at improving efficiency by using tools to automate routine IT tasks. Assist with Software Projects: Support basic aspects of software development projects, such as gathering feedback, helping users adopt new tools, and contributing to testing and training. Skills: At least 1 year of experience in a similar first line support role. Foundational knowledge of computing systems and networking. Strong experience using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and be able to manage stakeholder relationships. Previous tech troubleshooting experience. Ability to work independently using initiative to problem solve effectively.
