As Sales & Events Manager,you will take ownership of driving and delivering memorable events at The Old Bridge. This is a hands-on,commercial role where you'll be responsible for growing event sales,managing client relationships,and ensuring every occasion exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage enquiries,build relationships,and convert bookings to grow sales.
* Plan,coordinate,and deliver events from initial enquiry through to execution.
* Develop partnerships with guests and local businesses to encourage repeat and referral business.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote weddings,celebrations,and corporate events.
* Manage event logistics including scheduling,staffing,and set-up for smooth delivery.
* Review events post-delivery,gathering feedback to continuously improve.
About You
* Proven experience in sales,events,or hospitality management.
* Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.
* Passion for creating memorable experiences,with a flexible and detail-focused approach.
* Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team.
