We're on the lookout for a dedicated Housekeeper to help us maintain a warm, welcoming, and spotless environment for our residents. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, if you've got the passion, we've got the training

Pay & Hours:
* Rate of Pay – £12.22 per hour
* Hours of Work: Casual (As & when required)
* Shift Pattern – Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend).
The Role:
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness of the home is to the highest standard, the ordering and storing of cleaning products and taking responsibility to minimise the risk of infection within the home. You will promote and encourage service user's privacy and personal space and keep records up to date and factual.
* Experience in domestic or kitchen environments is a plus
* NVQ in Basic Food Hygiene or Cleaning (or working towards it)
* Great time management and organisational skills
* A positive attitude, patience, and a caring nature
* A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves

About The Lodge & HICA Group:
The Lodge is a specialist nursing and care home supporting individuals living with dementia. Nestled in Buckshaw Retirement Village near Chorley, it offers both respite and long-term stays, with access to on-site amenities including a shop, restaurant, and wellness suite.
The HICA Group is a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering high-quality care across the North of England.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
