NetSuite Analyst ERP / Business Process Support
Location: Birmingham (5 days a week onsite)

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Analyst to support business process and change improvements within a leading organisation. The role involves ERP configuration, functional enhancements, and working closely with stakeholders to optimise systems across manufacturing, distribution, or logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing support and configuration for NetSuite ERP.
* Deliver functional and efficiency improvements to meet business needs.
* Engage stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Support bespoke configurations aligned to manufacturing, distribution, or logistics processes.
* Work with change management to embed new processes and improvements.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years NetSuite experience with recent hands-on delivery.
* Strong technical ERP support and configuration background.
* Proven track record delivering functional improvements and system efficiencies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Commercial experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or related sectors.
