£25,000 - £27,000 base salary plus commission. First year OTE £40K, second year OTE £60K and third year OTE £80K+.

We are looking for brand new recruitment consultant to join our growing team in our Bristol office and develop a new area with the aim of progressing into a senior role and managing new trainee consultants.
There is a clearly defined route from trainee to Director and there will be opportunities to open new locations and grow your own team.
Graduate Consultant Role:
* Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
* Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
* Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
* Managing your pool of candidates
* Effectively growing and servicing your client base
