We are seeking a confident individual with a proven track record in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
To thrive in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, genuine empathy, and the determination to see every opportunity through to a successful outcome.
A proactive approach, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a keen eye for detail will set you apart. While previous experience in housebuilding or estate agency is an advantage, it is not essential.

* Achieve Sales Success: Hit your sales targets by negotiating competitive deals, while maximising margin and protecting our average sales price.
* Tailored Customer Experience: Provide personalised service, guiding customers through their journey and ensuring they feel valued and understood.
* Exceptional Presentation: Maintain high standards at every touchpoint, showcasing the best of McCarthy Stone’s offerings.
* Community Engagement: Foster relationships with potential customers and existing homeowners, bringing the McCarthy Stone lifestyle to life.
* Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations, from property checks to sales lead analysis.
