Role
The following part time shift patterns are available:
1. Tuesday to Friday - 1pm until 6pm and Saturday 8.am until 5.pm, hours over 5 days
2. Wednesday - 8.am until 5.pm, Friday 1pm until 6pm and Saturday 8.am until 5.pm,. hours over 3 days
3. Monday, Wednesday and Friday - .am until 8.pm, hours over 3 days
4. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday - .am until 8.pm, hours over 4 days
Skills & Experience
5. Proven track record of good customer relations,
6. Call centre experience and or Fast Fit industry/fleet experience is ideal
7. Capacity to effectively deal with high volume customer queries
8. Exceptional communication with problem-solving skills
9. Good keyboard skills.
10. Flexible approach to work, demonstrating a ‘can do attitude’
11. Ability to build trust and resilience to achieve goals
Key Accountabilities
12. Handle high volume incoming calls from new and existing customers
13. Complete Mobile bookings with accurate information, remaining compliant to any Customer/Account specific instructions for Fleet booking requests, and following all front end vehicle validation and authorisation processes.
14. Provide specific product knowledge/technical advice as required ensuring that the customer’s needs are fully met with confidence.
15. Source correct product items required using business systems and processes in line with Customer requirements
16. Recording where Customer demand has not been met
17. Maintain high levels of customer awareness and flexibility.
18. Report areas of improvement or concern to line manager.
19. Work as a conscientious team member.
20. Promote a professional image of Kwik Fit at all times.
21. Undertake and maintain training as required.
22. Reporting to the Customer Contact Manager and Contact Centre Operations Manager when required.
