RG Consultancy are working with a Maccelsfield based business who are recruiting an in house payroll assistant to join their medium sized finance team. You will work in a small payroll team alongside another payroll assistant and report back to the Payroll Supervisor. The company are growing at a significant rate so this is a very exiting time to join the business. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Free onsite parking Company pension scheme Healthcare benefit scheme Study support/progression opportunity The Role To support the end-to-end payroll process for various monthly and weekly payrolls Process, produced and distribute payslips to employees Process holiday and leave requests Dealing with starters and leavers, including imputing new starters onto the payroll system Process SSP/SMP/SPP (sickness and statutory payments) Dealing with general payroll queries Assisting with any payroll admin tasks as required by the payroll supervisor The Person At least 2 years experience as a payroll administrator/payroll clerk Up to date with current legislation Good customer service experience Use of SAGE payroll or similar system is an advantage
