What You’ll Own
Influencer and Partnership Marketing
* Build and manage a portfolio of high-performing influencer partnerships, from initial outreach through to ongoing optimisation
* Develop advertorial placements with UK newspapers and publications to drive high-quality, scalable acquisition
* Identify and onboard new creator talent, with a strong instinct for brand fit and commercial potential
* Negotiate terms, placements and exposure to maximise return on every partnership
* Lead and scale the full affiliate programme via AWIN, covering cashback, content, deal, email and comparison partners
* Own affiliate tracking, attribution and performance reporting using GA4 (HYROS MMM knowledge is a real bonus here)
* Monitor performance daily, staying on top of campaign accuracy and efficiency across a high-volume draw schedule
* Analyse CPA, ROI and incrementality data to continuously improve programme performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Paid Media, CRM and Creative teams to keep messaging sharp and promotions aligned
* Stay ahead of industry trends, compliance requirements and best practice across the affiliate and influencer landscape
What You’ll Bring
* A minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience, with influencer partnerships front and centre of your track record
* An existing network of affiliate and influencer contacts you can activate quickly
* Strong working knowledge of AWIN and GA4
* Solid understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution models and conversion journeys
* Experience working with UK publishers and advertorial content
* A commercial mindset and genuine comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* The confidence to represent the business externally at events, meetings and industry forums
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners without dropping the ball
