The company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join a transformative £3bn infrastructure project in Manchester, offering the chance to shape a significant Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and oversight on all contractual and regulatory matters related to the project
2. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements under NEC4 contracts
3. Manage stakeholder relationships, including joint venture (JV) partners, subcontractors, and government authorities
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with the project
5. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement, construction, and operational agreements
