Barts Health NHS Trust is one of the largest and most diverse NHS trusts in the UK. We are proud to lead innovative, compassionate care across east London and beyond — and to be home to the UK’s first dedicated multidisciplinary Cardiac Sarcoidosis service.

We are seeking a clinically experienced and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join this nationally recognised service. The postholder will deliver high-level autonomous outpatient care, manage a defined caseload, triage new referrals, and support integrated working across multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, respiratory, imaging, and allied health teams. This role includes audit, supervision, education, and the opportunity to contribute to active research and service development.

You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical team committed to personalised care, quality improvement, and rare disease excellence. The post is professionally supported through the Barts ACP Faculty and governance structures.

Main duties of the job

What we’re looking for:

·NMC-registered practitioner (or equivalent) with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant postgraduate qualification), including completion of Advanced Assessment Skills for non-medical practitioners.

·Demonstrable experience in autonomous decision-making and complex care

·Experience in multisystem conditions with cardiac involvement, or sarcoidosis (desirable)

·Engagement with audit, research and/or teaching activities
