New to Care or returning after a break? We provide structured, award-winning training and a supported start so you can build confidence step-by-step.
You will provide one-to-one care in clients homes, supporting them to live well and stay independent. Responsibilities include:
* Personal Care (washing, dressing, daily routines)
* Companionship (conversation, activities, meaningful time)
* Meal preparation (simple, nutritious meals)
* Light Home Help (keeping areas tidy after tasks)
* Medication support (as trained and per care plan)
Pay and benefits
* £12.75 to £13.50 per hour
* Paid working time, including travel between clients
* Guaranteed hours contract available (conditionally)
* Enhanced weekend rates and double pay on Bank Holidays
* Minimum 1-hour visits and consistent clients
* Local visits (usually within 10-15-minute drive)

* To live in or near: WGC, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Borehamwood
* A full UK driving licence and your own car
* Availability for at least 3 days per week + Alternate weekends
* The Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
