Customer Service Advisor - NottinghamAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to provide maternity cover.You will drive customer service excellence and continuously improve the overall customer experience with Enva, while liaising with suppliers and transport team in order to provide the best service to our customers. The successful candidate will ensure that all incoming enquiries, both verbal and electronic, are addressed with in a courteous, professional, competent and timely manner in line with company policyKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring your own health and safety and that of others and promoting a positive health and safety culture within the workplaceEnsure all Health and safety obligations are met, and company policies are adhered Report any safety concerns, hazard observations, accidents and incidents in a timely manner to allow full investigation and prevent re-occurrenceResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\\\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionAnswer incoming customer correspondence via telephone/email/CRM caseMake outbound proactive supplier and customer callsWork with customers and suppliers to promote the use of MyEnva and provide training as requiredFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesDeliver customer service excellenceRecord all calls and customer complaints on Dynamics 365 (CRM) with the exception of delivery, exchange collection requests from customersRecommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and assessing customer needsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededInput off supplier ticket information onto MyEnvaOffice and admin tasks/dutiesCross train and learn other tasks and duties within the office for personal development but also absence coverAddress Hazardous waste enquiries (liaise with 3rd party suppliers, arrange testing, quote customers)Keep in regular contact with key customers to ensure we are fulfilling their business needsIdentify possible new business opportunities and pass them onto the relevant person/departmentThis is not an exhaustive list.
