* Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre - office-based training and grad bay (7 weeks). Hybrid working after training. Great public transport links!
* Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours/week, between 07:00 and 01:00
* Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
* Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks; evidence of last 2 years employment and last 5 years address history
Job Responsibilities:
Provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure customers meet their financial goals and arrangements.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Deliver outstanding customer service at first contact, supporting organizational goals
* Educate customers on banking options suited to their needs
* Complete processes accurately and compliantly, ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Take appropriate actions to deliver positive customer outcomes, reviewing and mitigating gaps as needed
Role Expectations:
* Deliver excellent service, focusing on customer needs and financial goals
* Educate customers and support them in choosing the best banking options
* Complete processes with attention to detail and compliance
Additional Duties:
* Conduct financial reviews, provide accurate information for informed decision-making
* Manage diary and balance proactive and planned customer interactions
* Support the bank's operations to serve as many customers as possible
* Maintain relationships with colleagues and support wider business aims
* Resolve complaints and errors promptly, restoring customer trust
* Ensure customer interactions meet satisfaction standards
Skills Required:
* Experience in customer service and relationship management
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in a regulatory environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Customer-focused attitude
