Watford | £26,000 - £35,000 DOE | Hybrid Working
A leading Family and Legal Aid law firm in Watford is seeking a passionate Paralegal to join their thriving Family Children Law Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal looking to build their career in Family and Children Law within a supportive and forward-thinking Family team. The successful Paralegal will work closely with experienced Family solicitors and counsel, supporting a varied caseload of private and Legal Aid matters.
As a Paralegal in this Family department, you will manage case files, prepare court documents, attend client meetings, assist with Legal Aid applications, conduct legal research, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role offers hands-on exposure across a broad range of Family Children matters, including Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, and Specific Issue Orders.
The ideal Paralegal will have prior experience in Family or Children Law and confidence using legal systems including CCMS. Completion of the LPC or commencement of the SQE is required. This Paralegal role offers hybrid working, genuine progression within Family law, and the opportunity to make a real impact supporting vulnerable clients.
