About Our Client

The company is a small-sized organisation operating within the beauty industry. It is known for its focus on quality and customer satisfaction, offering a collaborative and professional working environment. Please note this is a part time role 4 half days a week in the office.

Job Description

3. Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
4. Maintain records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Coordinate events
6. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
7. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
8. Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
9. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
10. Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager

11. Proven experience in an office management role.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
16. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
17. Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous but not essential

What's on Offer

18. Competitive salary in the range of £42000 - £45000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours).
