HR Coordinator
Full time, permanent post (35 hours per week)
Location: Liverpool, hybrid working (3 days per week on site)
Salary: £29,588 - £32,080

We are recruiting a highly organised HR Coordinator to join our busy HR department in Liverpool, where you will provide support to a number of teams, with primary focus on the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, alongside providing administrative support to the Global HR Director.
This post will focus heavily on L&D based activities and project-based work, as opposed to a typical transactional HR role, providing the opportunity to have involvement across the HR department.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Maintenance of Learning Management System, including course creation, promotion and delegate management
2. Support organisation of HR/Learning events including publicity, room bookings, refreshments, room layout, resource preparation etc
3. Managing post event evaluation processes (including reports and analysis)
4. Acting as a point of contact for queries
5. Administrative and coordination support to annual Progression and Development processes e.g. appraisals, promotions etc.
6. Provide operational support to Global HR Director in day-to-day management of HR department, including budget reporting etc
7. Maintain annual and quarterly departmental calendar, monitoring and reporting deadlines and actions against business plans
8. Coordination and collation of monthly and quarterly reports, including updating KPIs
The successful candidate will have:
9. Proven experience a working in a fast-paced and high-volume commercial office environment
10. Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
11. Experience of effectively managing multiple administration activities simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy
12. Experience of working in a confidential environment
13. Experience in Microsoft office applications
14. Experience using a Learning Management System (or similar system)
15. Experience of using systems to store and retrieve data
