The role:
This position sits at the centre of supplier relationships, internal teams, and operational systems.
You'll be:
* Driving supplier performance and pushing continuous improvement
* Maintaining accurate system data (and challenging it when it doesn't look right)
* Supporting procurement and supply chain leadership with day-to-day activity
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery lands as it should
* Identifying gaps or weaknesses in the supply chain and acting on them
* Expanding and strengthening the supplier network
* Ensuring compliance across quality, health & safety, and environmental standards
* Supporting suppliers with system use and ongoing training

* Build strong, credible relationships with both suppliers and internal teams
* Communicate clearly and confidently, without overcomplicating things
* Balance collaboration with the ability to challenge when needed
* Have strong attention to detail and a data-led mindset
* Manage competing priorities without letting standards slip
* Be comfortable working with systems and picking things up quickly
