Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will ensure that all services run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC requirements.
This is a dynamic role that blends operational management, HR oversight, and strategic planning. Candidates with additional experience in HR and marketing will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily operations of the domiciliary care agency.

* Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure satisfaction.
