What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident character who believes they are capable of delivering excellent pre-planned lessons to a variety of age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA ready for a step up, comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher currently working with children and seeking to develop and learn; gaining experience as a cover supervisor is invaluable. If you are a resilient and confident individual, then this role is for you. It is essential that you have some previous experience working with children, whether through tutoring, coaching, or TAing in schools.
The role

They believe in delivering engaging, dynamic lessons, thoughtful student care, and maintaining a hard-working attitude.
The role involves supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are absent. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible, and enjoy working with children.
