Many of our consultants progress to senior level within 12-18 months once experienced. One of our current directors started as a consultant and worked their way up, showing whatâs possible.\nAs you grow in confidence, youâll begin learning how to manage your own desk, build relationships and generate business. Youâll be supported step-by-step and never expected to know everything straight away.\nIf youâd like to get involved in areas such as social media, team events, newsletter writing, or website improvements, there are opportunities to do that too.\n\nWhat you'll do\nâ¢\tStudy and qualify with a SCQF Level 6 in Business & Administration\nâ¢\tWork towards a full-time, salaried position. \nâ¢\tDevelop new business through phone calls and emails\nâ¢\tMaintain existing staff and customer relationships\nâ¢\tBook and fill shifts while working towards maintaining a high shift fill rate\nâ¢\tAssist with recruitment compliance processes (right to work checks, training records, documentation)\nâ¢\tSupport day-to-day recruitment administration\nâ¢\tFull training will be provided throughout. You will learn how to work in a busy office environment both as a team and individually.
