120000 GBP Performance Based Bonus 5-10% Onsite WORKING Location: Manchester; United Kingdom Type: Permanent A leading digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Security Architect to help shape the secure design of critical digital platforms across government, healthcare, and financial services.
What You'll Do Design and assure secure cloud-native platforms and services Identify and mitigate architectural security risks Guide Agile teams on secure development practices Mentor and manage a small team of security professionals Communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders Stay ahead of emerging threats, tools, and frameworks What You'll Bring Expertise in cloud security architecture and secure design Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, OWASP, PCI) Experience in application, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture Familiarity with CI/CD and Continuous Security practices Solid understanding of network, web app, and cryptographic security Proven ability to coach and develop others Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Eligibility Requirement Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (e.g., lived in the UK for the past 5 years with no significant travel or criminal record).
