Production Operative £35,000 - £38,000 per annum starting salary Arla Foods, Oswestry Dairy, SY10 8NL About the job Arla Foods Oswestry are looking for a proactive Production Operative to join the team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in assisting with the efficient running of the packing lines in the production area within a cheese packaging site. At our Arla Oswestry site we pack circa 79,000 tonnes or cheese annually, 1620 tonnes per week. This includes supplying branded products like Castello, BOB and Arla Pro, along with private label to Waitrose, M&S, Asda and Aldi! About the job The successful candidate will work a 3 on, 3 off, 12 hours shift pattern that will include both day and night shifts. They will contribute to the quality and technical areas in the Production team to enable it to produce the highest quality cheese products in a reliable and cost effective way.
