We’re looking for a Sales Floor Manager to lead an 80+ person sales team selling investment properties to our network of investors across the UK.
This is your chance to be a key player in a fast-growing business, where sales drive everything.
In this role, you won’t just manage a sales floor, you’ll build it from the ground up, selecting top talent with the support of our in-house recruiter to create a high-performing sales team. You’ll also develop your own team of sales leaders, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success.

Your role is to ensure your team leaders consistently drive sales, connecting buyers to tenanted properties and achieving outstanding results.

Your Role:
* Work closely with the CEO and founder to drive growth and performance.
* Make data-driven decisions to optimise sales strategies.
* Motivate and inspire the sales team.
* Help shape and refine the business as it scales for long-term success.
* Lead weekly and end-of-month sales meetings to track progress and align goals.
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales pipeline to maintain high performance.
