Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solihull for a Home Manager. The Home Manager will oversee daily operations of the care home, ensure that high standards of care and support are maintained, and manage a dedicated team of care professionals. Responsibilities include staff supervision, operational planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with families, external professionals, and stakeholders, as well as creating a safe and inclusive environment for residents.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
* Experience in providing care to children or young people, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorders
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff
* Understanding of safeguarding and risk management principles
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred
* Previous experience in a managerial role within a care setting is a strong advantage
